Using the Fortunegreen Client Portal

Overview

The fortunegreen Client Portal lets you manage your account online — update your credit card details, change your billing email, and log or review support tickets — without contacting us by phone or email.

Who needs to do what

  • First-time users: register an account in the client portal before logging in.
  • Returning users: log in with your existing credentials.

Update your credit card or billing email

  1. Go to and log in.
  2. Select Subscriptions.
  3. Choose the subscription you want to update.
  4. Enter your new credit card details and/or email address.
  5. Click Save.

Changes apply to your next billing cycle.

Submit or review a support ticket

  • Submit a ticket: log in to the client portal and use the Support section. You can also email .
  • Review past tickets: click Support in the portal to view ticket history, check status, and add replies.

Security and privacy

  • Payment details are protected with bank-level encryption.
  • fortunegreen does not store complete credit card numbers.
  • All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment processors.
